As goofy as it sounds I think the banners were one of the things I had the most funny constructing. For something I throw together, without drawing up any plans before hand, I think they came out pretty well.

Here's the basic structure of the legs. The ankle joints have been reinforced mid-design to accommodate the newly re-figured weight totals. The toe cleats have been added and the corrupted welding joints started.

The basic skeleton is done. I brought it down to my GW store. They really liked it. So much so that they gave it and me a standing ovation! It's nice to be appreciated. :)

There has been much debate as to how tall a Warlord should be. I came to the conclusion that it should be about 24" tall plus or minus a few inches. That would take into account different forge worlds which may make their own modifications in the building process. I used the photo in the Apocalypse rulebook to figure out the scale. In the case of the Bile driver she topped out at around 27" with the plasma reactor stack mounted.

A guy down at the GW store came up with this idea. I told him how it is a Titan dedicated to Nurgle and he suggested adding a Typhus-like exhaust system to the back.

I've got her painted. The copper bands are very thin plastic strips pinned with small finishing nails. The parts include stuff from the following hair rollers, I-mex chemical plant, and the GW Manufactorium. The central stack is some tube I picked up I thought the top made for a good chimney.

The heads are various zombie and skeleton head from different sources. The shields are from GW's Egyptian themed skeletons. I wanted to add a crude cultist "Techno-Death" symbol. It had mixed revues. Oh well.

Here is the head before I connect it. The tombstone teeth and banners are from different GW kits. The view port is framed with my Manufactorium parts. The neck is some kind of PVC pipe connector. I wound small diameter insulated wire in the threads to give the neck a flexible look like on at AT-AT. Of course then I detailed it with copper so maybe it's rows of copper rings with black rubber gaskets? Hey it's sci-fantasy, it can be what you want!

For the sides of the Titan I decided to add huge banners with chaotic slogans. All the slogans/quotes are from various GWAR song titles or lyrics. The words and linen background I print onto paper and then the maggots, bones and dirt were painted on by myself. The bones and maggots were then penned in with fine point markers. An exacto knife frayed the ends of the banner.

This gun is made from a PVC plumbing pipe. I mounted it on a wood dowel and slipped 1" corrugated wire loom tubing over it. I put bands of plastic sheet to help hold the loom together as a tube.More green "stuff welds" hold the loom to the gun.

Here is the Pus Bucket a custom daemon possessed tank I built a little while back. You can see where my ideas come from. I like gargoyle/fountain spout faces on my weapons. I also added a small sensor pod to the tip of the gun.

I named her Death Blech. Using brown ink and glossy varnish the nostrils act as a pressure valve relief where steam, lubricants and crud spew out when the gun fires.I left on the raised print on the gun. I thought that since Tech-priest half the time don't think but simply build what the STC says without questioning that it would be fitting to have this esoteric words cast on them.

I really suggest if you want to go nuts and build one like myself that you use a GW Manufactorium. The Adeptius Mechanicus symbol alone is a great add-on for the chest along with all the other techno parts. The Death Belch so far has scored 5 tank kills.

The Vulcan Mega Bolter is a Spawn action figure minigun. The Apocalypse missile launcher is just a few missile from a sci-fi building set. What good is a plasma reactor exhaust stack without smoke coming out? So I picked up a bag of teddy bear stuffing. It also came in handy at Tanks-Giving for all the casualties I caused. Mu-ha ha ha!!!

Well they have to have a way of getting in don't they? The Manufactorium building parts really helped to detail the titan nicely. The ladders and hatched allowed me to detail a way for the crew and mechanics to enter and leave the behemoth.

More Manufactorium parts help "tech-up" the legs. More 1/2" split loom tubing was used to disguise the hips and knee joint's more fiddlely parts.

More corrugated wire loom tubing was used for hiding the hard mechanics that are holding up the Titan. The underside of the groin is not covered. Instead 1" corrugated wire loom tubing is epoxied in place to hid the three 3" 3/8" bolts holding the legs to the groin and the groin to the upper torso. The carapace shoulders are held onto the upper torso in two ways. The first is five minute 2-part epoxy and a single three inch 3/8" bolt for each unit.
